Feature request #1267: Add comment preview ability

Description

Not sure what the most desirable way to add this is:

  • an always-visible preview below the comment form, updated via AJAX
  • an on-demand preview opened up in a new pop-up window in response to the push of a button
  • retain the existing "Create" button, but add a new "Preview" button that will take you to new page which allows you to re-edit your submission if necessary and then continue by pressing "Create" or (again) "Preview"

    This is now partially implemented in comments#new, although there is currently only one place where a user will actually see that action (when trying to add a comment to a tweet and JavaScript is turned off).
