Feature request #1371: Update all Snow Leopard-only branches to build for Intel only

Description

Snow Leopard only runs on Intel processors, so those projects/branches which require 10.6 or above can be built as non-Universal binaries. This should improve build times greatly.

    The change has already been made in the Snow Leopard branch of the buildtools, so this will eventually trickle down to all other projects (once they update their copy of the buildtools subodule).
