Description

Just downloaded 4.0.1; wouldn't recognize my old s/n (I bought in 2006).

Paid again via PayPal.

Reissued same s/n by Wincent. Reinstalled Synergy from new download. Still won't accept password (OK button is grayed out; only Cancel works).

What to do?

    You weren't reissued the same serial number (I received copies of both emails, the one from 2006 and the one from today) and they are different.

    I notice you use capitalization in your email address; at least that's the way it appears in the license notice. At a guess I would say that it's not accepting the address because the when you enter it you may be changing the capitalization. Try copying and pasting both the email address and the serial number from the license notice to minimize the risk of errors and it should work.

    I just tested by copying and pasting from my copy of your license notice (the one I received via CC) and it does indeed work.
