Bug #1430: can't install

Description

First off, I cannot open the zip archive using TheUnarchiver. Using another zip program it refers to the fact that the extraction path involves a username not on the system.

Finally using 7zip under Crossover the file extracts but double clicking on the preference pane does nothing.

    A few questions:

    • What version have you downloaded?
    • From where? (ie. the URL)
    • How large is the downloaded file (in bytes)?
    • What operating system and version are you running on?

    (I always test each version at release time to make sure that the archive extracts and installs properly, and I'm not aware of any problems with any existing version.)
