Feature request #1448: Add params and remote IP to exception notifications

So ticket #1290 went in and now we have exception notifications. Confirmed working as I just got my first two notifications. Here's an excerpt:

       Exception: RuntimeError
Controller#action: comments#new
             URL: https://wincent.dev/twitter/48/comments/new
         Message: parent does not accept comments

Not a worrying exception nor an application problem. Someone or something has tried to visit the comments#new action for a tweet that doesn't accept comments. My guess here is a spam bot. It's noticed that later tweets do accept comments, so just tries other similar URLs as well.

If I had more info in the notification, like the post params, then I could confirm this suspicion. And if adding that, may as well add remote IP as well; the geographical location could possibly help as well.
