Feature request #1578: Make post and wiki comments forms load over AJAX as they already do for tweets

Description

Not for performance reasons (although making the page apt for caching is certainly a worthy goal), but for aesthetic ones: it simply looks cleaner to hide the form until it is needed.

    Done for wiki articles too, but discovered a separate, latent bug.
