Description

Depends on Wikitext 2.1.

Will probably do this by rendering comments using a "bubble" or "box" partial, depending on the type of resource the comment is attached to, thus keeping the logic (that is, the :external_link_ref => 'nofollow') localized to a couple of partials rather than all over the place.
