Feature request #1783: Drop Steak and rely exclusively on Capybara for acceptance tests

Description

As of this commit to Capybara, we don't really need Steak any more.

So once the next release of Capybara is out, we can remove one more moving part from the test machinery.

    Superseded by ticket #1808 ("Update to Capybara 1.0.0.beta1"). Still not sure if Capybara is truly ready to replace Steak though, but worth at least looking at it I think.
