Bug #510: Floater display when iTunes isn't playing

Description

The floater currently displays always when set to display infinitely in the preferences. While that may be logical I don't think it should display when no song is playing. It should be invisible until iTunes is playing and then stay infinitely until iTunes stops playing and then disappear.
