Feature request #540: REQUEST: Add "Rating" submenu

Description

Creating a “Rate” submenu will be a good idea, like the “Playlist” and “iTunes” submenus, this menu will increase or descrease the rating of the current song, instead of using the hotkeys.

    For reference, please note that such a submenu already exists in Synergy Advance. If enough interest is shown in this feature then I'll consider adding it to Synergy as well (although given that iTunes' own Dock menu already has a submenu for rating songs I don't know how much demand there will be for such a feature).
