Description

since upgrading to leopard, synergy will not open at launch/login as it did before. The preference is selected in the settings.

    Sounds like your login items might be out of date; see this forum thread for info on how to refresh them and let me know how you go:

    switching it of off, then apply ... then back on, apply.

    Seeing as this issue might come up a fair bit when upgrading to Leopard I might see what I can do to either:

    (a) auto-refresh the login items; or (b) update the checkbox in the Synergy preferences to match the state of the login items on disk

    Of these two approaches I probably prefer the latter, because users might edit their login items using the "Users" preference pane, and if Synergy goes and adds itself back then it might be annoying.

    Just as an update to this:

    I've rewritten the tool used by the installer to update the login items. I believe that this should fix any issues with stale login items.

    I'm using new API that's been added to Launch Services in Leopard.
